  • The employee can attach invoices which he/she received during the business trip.
  • The employee can also specify the status of the invoices (paid by company card / has to be compensated to the employee).
  • After invoices are uploaded to the system, the accounting team receives a notification about new documents and their status.
  • The programme serves as a storage place for all the invoices where it is easy to  find them and track their status (paid/unpaid).
